When I go, I will do my best to discribe it. I have not started the 12 steps and have not stepped foot in a meeting but maybe this will break the ice for me. Today is my first sober day.

I’m new to this but have been going to yoga. My studio has 1 class per week that incorporates the 12 steps.  I’m going to attend this Wednesday.  I have a long story of pain but everyone does. I’m trying to start my journey…..
