hi Victoria I’m very new so I don’t think I have the answer, but the aa chat meetings has been a good first step for me. I’ve been reading some of the links people post. a lot of information that may be helpful. good luck

Women in Recovery 9 years agoas I’ve been reading on the boards & chat rooms, people have been discussing detoxing. I felt glad that I didn’t have to go through it. I mean, what’s a six drinks, 4 bottles of wine, and a six pack give or take a week? surely that’s nothing my body would have to “detox” I think I realized why I relapsed yesterday.
