Alcohol Recovery Group 9 years, 5 months agoThis is great. I worked the Steps, many times over several years. It worked. Life was good. I would say the Seventh Step was life changing. I too felt discomfort while working the Steps (from time to time). The Steps that provoked anxiety in me, turned out to be life changing in the best way.
