Please start coming to our chats in the chatroom and I think it will be really helpful, especially when you are alone. You will not feel so alone when you are in the chatroom, and we have meetings four times a day. Keep the faith. Keep the plug in the jug, and keep coming back to AA. It really does work. I agree, PTSD is misdiagnosed by a handful of alphabet letters. Took 30 years to get properly diagnosed. The books; “The body keeps score” by Kessel Van der Kolk and “Wake the tiger” by Peter Levine helped me to understand what I was dealing with. Hopefully these books will help you to understand this disorder better.
