Hang in there. Treatment is good but not necessary for all. AA is free. You have 2 important things. 1) The desire to stop drinking 2)recognizing its consequences for your family. So far you are winning

Yes I did and thank. Finally fell asleep for a lil while. Definitely have the desire to stop and I know the destruction it has been causing. Today is cold and rainy usually I’d be going home and start. I’m not sure if I need treatment or even detox. Today and just for today I will not drink. Thank you for the prayers and response.
