I was in and out of therapists and shrinks all those years. But I couldn’t let any of the medication work because of my binge drinking. Wow. I never knew about CPTSD. Amazing. I relate to it. I too was diagnosed borderline although that was later replaced with bipolar 1. Mental health roulette I guess.
