Alcohol Recovery Group 8 years, 10 months agowould like to know how to start the steps, been to meetings before where they talk about it but I haven’t really started on it so far it is just self will to not drink but everyday life pressures…

It’s hard to start I know , I’ve been stuck on 1. Self will won’t work forever. Am like you where to start.
