    Good job. Brad. You spell out what I feel. Only God can remove the obsession, in my case. Drinking water, sleeping and exercise are key in helping God remove the obsession.

    I have been invited to a nice Thanksgiving dinner. This will be my second sober Thanksgiving. This year however I shall be with people who enjoy good wine. It is going to be a real challenge. But I am up for the experience of watching others have wine with their food, while I drink soda water. Thanks, Elizabeth
