Alcohol Recovery Group 7 years, 11 months agoJust moved to a new state where I don’t know anyone. Went to a few meetings, but I’m starting to isolate. Could use some help/insight other than “If you know what you need to do, then do it.” It just doesn’t seem that simple in my head. I need to get connected.

I hope through this week you found it easier to connect. Keep going to the meetings. You can meet new people that know what you’re going through. Hang in there. It will get better.
