Women in Recovery 8 years, 12 months agoHello. 1 day sober. Need to make changes in my life ASAP or probably never have a good relationship with my teenage daughter. She barely speaks to me anymore and we live in the same house. Also, not sure how much longer my husband will put up with my drinking. Gotta make changes but know I can’t do it alone

One day is a start Leigh, take it day by day and always keep in mind your daughter and husband. I’m on Day 9 and it feels great!

Well I’m on Day 11. I don’t feel like I’ve gotten as much support as I should from my husband, but he is there and rooting for me in the background.
