I had been five days sober until today.
I had a beer and then changed over to a Diet Coke. I feel crappy. I was doing so well.
I’m not sure why I just didn’t say no. I think I did it because I thought it would please my hubby. Weird hey. He wanted a beer after being at the beach today and I didn’t have a strategy to avoid saying ‘ok’. I think I’m going to have to tell my husband that I want to obstain from alcohol so that he understands. I’m fearing ehat my husband is going to think and that he won’t support my decision.
