Men in Recovery 9 years, 1 month agoWith My New, Thank God, work schedule, I don’y get to near enough Meetings anymore. Found this site quite by accident. Looking forward to FINALLY get serious in the 12 Steps. My Sober date is 12-25-1999. I know,I know….I am quote ashamed of Myself. Been working on them sporadically for the last 16 yrs or so. No brag, just fact.

Well at least it feels that way but I but god only knows what will happen if I do all I know for sure is it will be all bad so looks like I’m gonna just have to fuck around and try to find some genuine/natural peace of mind. Does anybody know how this is done?

I know it sounds dumb but try and do something outside that you can get your mind off of it I try to play sports or do some yard work when I am not working and thinking about drinking .
