Women in Recovery 8 years, 6 months agohello. im at my last hope with this. i have formally been sober for 2 yrs and relapsed. i am having the HARDEST time saying no now at work which is where i relapsed and the only place i drink. its a bar/restaurant. i have too much social anxiety for a traditional meeting so i am hoping that i can find some help thru these online chat things.

Happy to be here. One of the many things I have learned in AA is that I could not quit drinking on my own. Glad I found all you people in AA and my Higher Power to help keep me sober.

Women in Recovery 8 years, 6 months agoHaven’t had a drink since feb 2, before that it was one on Jan 21 and before that I went 3 months clean. I don’t want to drink and will need support. Thought I could do it on my own

Trying to figure out this sight. I’m new too. Enjoying sobriety and the feeling better part of not drinking, how about you? -
i feel ya. was sober for 2yrs on my own but i got a job at a bar and relapsed. been drinking at work ever since and my family is going to leave me. they almost did 2yrs ago but my hubby came back after a lil over a month to support my sobriety.
