So I realized today I really need to stop drinking. I work 3-11pm and everyday I cant wait to get home and drink shot after shot. I don’t know why? Women in Recovery 8 years, 8 months agoHey guys, I finished a 5 months of treatment and have been in sober living for the last 2 months yesterday, so I’ve been sober roughly 7 months, and let’s just say, now shits getting real….I’m having terrible cravings, dreams of drinking and find that I’m not using the skills I learned as much anymore in high stress situations.

I was told it is called post acute withdrawal. I learned about it after I relapsed after 7 months of sobriety. You have worked to hard!!!

Women in Recovery 8 years, 8 months agohey everyone, I am coming up to my 1 year sobriety and I am really looking forward to celebrating with my fellowship, i am still very scared though as over the past couple of weeks some people have celebrated their birthdays and then went out and drank.
