I hope you keep coming back to chat with us and did a tender online meetings. face-to-face meetings are very helpful in my opinion. I wish you luck on your sobriety

Do meetings. I’m only day 14. I talked to my Dr and have a counselor helping me get to the bottom of why I wanted to know my emotions for so many years maybe a day is not enough for you maybe you need assistance from your doctor and even a counselor I wish you luck in your sobriety one day at a time one hour as needed

Women in Recovery 8 years agoToday is day 14 of my sobriety.  I have to remember each day that things have changed  for me. I don’t  necessarily have cravings but memories I have to remind myself  I won’t be drinking then.  (Upcoming  concert. Women in Recovery 8 years agoStating up a care plan with  MD.  And psychologist  meeting face to face and online.  I’m new so I have to work through the steps but first step I know is true for me.

Alcohol Recovery Group 8 years agoI learned of this site yesterday and got involved with a meeting last pm. I felt better after talking and listening to people like…people who understand. I feel like I am not alone anymore. Thank to you and everyone who has been so welcoming.
