Great post Jamie! Thanks for sharing and giving some tips. It’s a good idea to prep yourself before you reach for the drink and to keep yourself busy… I’m thinking of keeping a log of what I accomplish while I’m not drinking, so if I’m craving a drink I can look at my log and see what I’ve been able to do without drinking. Alcohol Recovery Group 7 years, 10 months agoI am also looking to join an online AA meeting for the 1st time on line to follow the 12 steps. I am housebound so unable to attend meetings, so need to know from on line what the 12 step programme is
